Life Changer Position

As a staff member at Red Circle Lodge, you will be working directly with youth to help change their lives. This is a vital position for the development of our youth. Responsibilities would include helping youth take accountability for their positive and negative decisions, encouraging youth through positive reinforcement, guiding positive group activities, and completing daily tasks as assigned by management. You will serve as a mentor to youth and share in their experiences.
